Sporonite Bomb on The Lichen King while in combat with him in Stormsong Valley.
Obtain the Sporonite Bomb
The Sporonite Bomb can be found by equipping a 
Pig Nose and searching under trees for clickable Truffles at 23.3, 75.7 in Stormsong Valley. Alternatively, the Sporonite Bomb is available for purchase on the Auction House.
Locate The Lichen King
Travel to The Lichen King, a rare found inside a small cave at 51.8, 79.6 in Stormsong Valley.
Engage Then Use Bomb
Attack The Lichen King to enter combat with him first, then use the Sporonite Bomb on him — using it before engaging him will not count toward the achievement.
