Every Day I'm Truffling
Have all four Stormsong Valley truffle effects on you at the same time.
Every Day I'm Truffling is a 5-point achievement in Stormsong Valley that requires you to have all four truffle buffs active on your character simultaneously by finding and consuming each type of truffle while wearing a Pig Nose.
Farm Briarback Quills
Head to Briarback Kraul in Stormsong Valley and kill the pig-like enemies there to farm 
Briarback Quills. Collect at least 50 quills (100 to be safe, giving you four Pig Noses), which takes roughly 30–45 minutes. You may also loot your first 
Pig Nose directly from enemies here.
Purchase Pig Noses
Alliance players can buy additional Pig Noses from Hobbs at 58.68, 70.34 in Stormsong Valley, found inside The Golden Flagon in Brennadam. Horde players purchase from Sanya Wraithschilde at 50.94, 33.71 in Warfang Hold. Each Pig Nose costs 25 Briarback Quills.
Equip Pig Nose at Night
Equip the Pig Nose, which lasts 15 minutes and allows you to see truffles. The truffles do not appear to spawn during the day, so equip the Pig Nose at nighttime. Lower your environment detail and ground clutter graphics settings to the minimum to make the tiny truffles much easier to spot, as they are very small, do not appear on the minimap, and are not highlighted.
Collect All Four Truffles
Search under and around trees throughout Stormsong Valley for the four types of truffles. Known truffle locations include at 53, 57 and at 46.9, 67.6 for the Turbo Truffle, and at 65.4, 44.4, at 39.7, 50.3, and at 50.2, 70.2 for the 
Magic Truffle. Additional truffle spawn points are scattered across the zone at 22.8, 71.2; 24.7, 71.4; 25.9, 70.6; 26.5, 67; 27.4, 74.7; 28.8, 68.4; 30.1, 62.8; 31.2, 71.5; 33.9, 56.9; 35.1, 68.7; 37.3, 66.5; 38.8, 64.3; 39.8, 65.2; 41.1, 67; 41.4, 56.7; 42.3, 62.6; 43.5, 50.9; 45.7, 59.8; 47, 66.6; 48.1, 60.4; 52.55, 78.57; 54.75, 71.45; 53.76, 54.45; 39.62, 46.14; 60.3, 29.18; 53.73, 31.07; 47.45, 42.93; 48.83, 45.27; 60.57, 52.56; 62.58, 45.15; 43.43, 62.89; and 66.78, 56.48. Clicking the Turbo Truffle grants a 10-minute buff, eating the 
Violet Truffle grants a 10-minute buff called 'you understand the whispers now', and eating the 
Valley Truffle applies a 2-minute debuff called Decadence. Once all three buffs and the debuff are active, eat the Magic Truffle to complete the achievement.
Tips
Set both environment detail and ground clutter to their minimum graphics settings before searching — this significantly reduces visual noise and makes the tiny truffles visible; multiple players completed the achievement within 10 minutes after doing this.
Each Pig Nose only lasts 15 minutes, so have multiple on hand before you begin searching. The Valley Truffle buff lasts only 2 minutes, so find and eat the Magic Truffle quickly after collecting all four.
