A Loa of a Tale is a 5-point exploration achievement requiring you to find and read 15 volumes of 'Tales of de Loa' scattered across the three zones of Zandalar: Zuldazar, Nazmir, and Vol'dun.
Collect Zuldazar Loa Tales
Find and read six volumes in Zuldazar: 
Tales of de Loa: Gonk at 51.69, 28.25 in the Garden of the Loa; Tales of de Loa: Gral at 75.5, 67.6 in the Dreadpearl Shallows (note: this volume does not appear when the Naga Attack! world quest is active in the area); Tales of de Loa: Jani at 48.54, 54.6 in Gorilla Gorge; Tales of de Loa: Pa'ku at 49, 41.29 in the Temple of the Prophet; Tales of de Loa: Rezan at 43.74, 76.74; Tales of de Loa: Shadra at 47.84, 28.84; and Tales of de Loa: Torcali at 67.28, 17.62, plus Tales of de Loa: Zandalar at 53.23, 9.4.
Collect Nazmir Loa Tales
Find and read three volumes in Nazmir: Tales of de Loa: Bwonsamdi at 39.12, 38.65 in The Dreadmire; Tales of de Loa: Hir'eek at 39.57, 54.67 in the Terrace of Sorrows; Tales of de Loa: Krag'wa at 58.92, 48.65 north-east of Zul'Nazman; and Tales of de Loa: Torga at 72.85, 7.6.
Collect Vol'dun Loa Tales
Find and read three volumes in Vol'dun: Tales of de Loa: Akunda at 42.22, 62.11 in the Whistlebloom Oasis; Tales of de Loa: Kimbul at 27.7, 62.12 on The Cracked Coast; and Tales of de Loa: Sethraliss at 49.57, 24.57.
Tips
Sorting your route by zone — completing all volumes in Zuldazar, then Nazmir, then Vol'dun — reduces travel time between locations.
Tales of de Loa: Gral at 75.5, 67.6 in Zuldazar will not be present while the Naga Attack! world quest is active nearby; return once that world quest is no longer up.
