Find Golkada at 71.2, 29.5 in Zuldazar and purchase the 
Extra-dry Fruitcake from him.
Feed Irritable Maka'fon
Locate Irritable Maka'fon at 64.2, 39.3 in Zuldazar, target the brutosaur, and use the Extra-dry Fruitcake from your inventory on it to feed it.
Buy Food in Nazmir
Find Blind Wunja at 35.4, 55.3 in Nazmir and purchase the 
Primitive Watermelon from him.
Feed Goramor
Locate Goramor at 32.4, 35.1 in Nazmir, target the brutosaur, and use the Primitive Watermelon from your inventory on it to feed it.
Buy Food in Vol'dun
Find Rikati at 40.4, 55.4 in Vol'dun and purchase the 
Snake on a Stick from him.
Feed Ol' Stompy
Locate Ol' Stompy at 61.9, 9.5 in Vol'dun, target the brutosaur, and use the Snake on a Stick from your inventory on it to complete the achievement.
Tips
Each brutosaur regains its Hungry debuff within seconds of being fed, so even if another player has just fed one, you will not have to wait long before you can feed it yourself.
