Zandalari Spycatcher requires you to slay all invaders in the Nazmir world quest 'Don't Stalk Me, Troll' within 60 seconds while not in a group.
Wait for World Quest
The 'Don't Stalk Me, Troll' world quest is located in the Nazmir Primal Wetlands subzone at 37.31, 76.95, west of Zul'jan Ruins. This world quest spawns infrequently, so check back regularly during your Nazmir world quest rotation.
Pick Up Talanji's Mojo
Use 
Talanji's Mojo at the start of the quest — this reveals Blood Troll Stalkers and Blood Troll Cleavers that are hiding in stealth, which you must kill to complete the achievement.
Grab a Damage Buff
Before starting, find a Krag'wa's Ire buff north of the quest area near the Terrace of Sorrow for a 15% damage increase, which helps meet the tight damage requirement.
Stack and Burst First Group
The achievement timer does not begin until the first troll dies, so gather the 7 trolls at 36, 72 and nuke them down once they are stacked together. Use your damage cooldowns here.
Rush South to Riverbank
Immediately after the first group, use any speed abilities or speed potions to move south to the riverbank where 6 more trolls are grouped. Kill them before the 60-second timer expires. Note that most mobs are casters and will evade if you pull them too far from their spawn point.

Other players killing quest mobs in the area can steal targets you need for the achievement, so attempt this when the zone is less populated.
