Great Sea Ray from the open oceans around Kul Tiras or Zandalar.
Fish in Open Ocean
Head to any open ocean water surrounding Kul Tiras or Zandalar and begin casting — do not cast into fishing pools, as the Great Sea Ray is caught from open water. A confirmed fishing location is the Port of Zandalar, and you can also fish in Drustvar coastal waters at 20.45, 67.15 in Drustvar.
Expect a Very Low Drop Rate
The Great Sea Ray has an extremely low drop rate — some anglers have gone over 12,000 casts without obtaining it, while others have caught it within 80 casts, so the variance is enormous.
Tips
Purchasing the Great Sea Ray from the Auction House does not grant this achievement, as it specifically requires fishing the mount up yourself.
