Earn Exalted status with the Proudmoore Admiralty.
Proudmoore Admiralty is a faction based in Kul Tiras, and reaching Exalted status with them is required to unlock the Kul Tiran Allied Race.
Earn Exalted with Proudmoore Admiralty
Complete World Quests, missions, and quests in Kul Tiras that reward Proudmoore Admiralty reputation until you reach Exalted status.
Complete the Unlock Quest Chain
Once Exalted, head to Stormwind and fly north to the Stormwind Embassy. Accept the quest from Jaina to begin the Kul Tiran unlock chain, then port or hearth to Boralus and speak with Cyrus Crestfall at the Harbormaster's Office.
Continue the Shipwright Chain
Tell Cyrus Crestfall 'I am told you know where to find the shipwright, Dorian Atwater?' and follow the dialog. Turn in the quest, accept The Master Shipwright, speak with Jaina, then fly to Brennadam in Stormsong Valley to speak with Cyrus again. Accept Fish Tales and Distant Sails, then speak with Talkative Brennadam Citizens to learn Dorian's location, and return to Cyrus to turn in.
