Crashin' & Thrashin' requires you to accumulate 25 crashes using your racer against other players' racers during the Feast of Winter Veil event.
Obtain the Racer Controller
Purchase the 
Blue Crashin' Thrashin' Racer Controller in Dalaran during the Feast of Winter Veil event.
Summon and Crash Your Racer
Use the controller to summon your racer, then activate your only ability to ram into other players' racers — crashing into a cluster of multiple racers at once counts as long as you make contact with them.
Resummon After Each Crash
If you miss a target or get crashed into first, it is faster to resummon the racer rather than wait, so dismiss and re-summon immediately to keep racking up your 25 crash count.
Tips
Coordinate with other players, including those from the opposing faction, to take turns crashing into each other — this is a reliable way to reach 25 crashes quickly.
