Adventurer of Drustvar requires you to defeat a set of rare special encounter NPCs spread across Drustvar.
Defeat Betsy in Fallhaven
Find Betsy at 60, 34.2 in Drustvar, located inside a cave in the Fallhaven area. She drops the 
Blue-Ribbon Belt.
Kill Quillrat Matriarch
Find the Quillrat Matriarch at 66.4, 42.4 in Drustvar. She drops the 
Quillstitch Greatcloak.
Defeat Barbthorn Queen
Find the Barbthorn Queen at 59, 17.2 in Drustvar, located in a cave in Barbthorn Ridge. She drops the 
Barbthorn Queen's Stinger.
Kill Vicemaul
Find Vicemaul at 72.6, 60.4 in Drustvar. He drops the 
Vicemaul Wristpinchers.
Defeat Bonesquall
Find Bonesquall at 66.2, 50.8 in the Wayward Thicket area of Drustvar.
Kill Gluttonous Yeti
Find the Gluttonous Yeti at 63, 69.6 in Drustvar.
Defeat Longfang or Henry Breakwater
Find Longfang or Henry Breakwater at 59.2, 55.4 in Hunter's Run — only one of the two needs to be defeated for credit.
Defeat Ancient Sarcophagus
Find the Ancient Sarcophagus at 42.1, 36.4 in Drustvar.
Kill Cottontail Matron
Find the Cottontail Matron at 52, 46.9 in Drustvar.
Defeat Rimestone
Find Rimestone at 59.6, 71.2 in Drustvar. Note that Rimestone is currently bugged and does not grant kill credit.
Kill Whargarble the Ill-Tempered
Find Whargarble the Ill-Tempered at 64.8, 22.2 in Drustvar.
Defeat Seething Cache
Find the Seething Cache at 68.1, 66.9 in Drustvar.
Kill Grozgore
Find Grozgore at 51.2, 20.6 in Drustvar.
Defeat Gorehorn
Find Gorehorn at 57, 44.2 in Drustvar. He drops the 
Gorehorn's Rack.
Kill Beshol
Find Beshol at 50.6, 30 in Drustvar.
Defeat Talon
Find Talon at 32, 40.8 in Drustvar.
Kill Emily Mayville
Find Emily Mayville at 63.4, 40.2 in Drustvar.
Tips
Rare NPCs in Drustvar are marked with a gold star on the minimap, making them easy to locate while traveling through the zone.
Once you have killed a rare NPC, you will no longer be able to loot it on subsequent kills unless only junk drops.
