No Stable Big Enough is a collection achievement that rewards a mount upon collecting 350 mounts usable by a single character.
Collect 350 qualifying mounts
Accumulate 350 mounts that count toward the 'usable by a single character' threshold. Upon reaching 350, you are awarded the 
Biting Frostshard Core.
Claim your reward mount
The achievement reward is listed as Biting Frostshard Core, but the mount that actually appears in your collection is named Frostshard Infernal — do not search your bags, as it is added directly to your mount journal. Note that the Frostshard Infernal is not a flying mount.
Tips
The next mount collection milestone, A Horde of Hoofbeats at 400 mounts, rewards the
Frenzied Feltalon (the previous reward, 
Fiery Hearthsteed, was replaced by Frenzied Feltalon).
