The Blue Brewfest Stein is a 2008 Brewfest souvenir item that grants the achievement when obtained by completing the Horde or Alliance version of the souvenir quest during the 2008 Brewfest event.
Obtain the Blue Stein
Complete the quest 'Say, There Wouldn't Happen to be a Souvenir This Year, Would There' — available in both Alliance and Horde versions — to receive the Blue Brewfest Stein. If the stein is not already in your inventory, it can no longer be obtained, as the 2008 Brewfest has ended and subsequent years feature different colored steins.
Equip and Use the Stein
Equip your Blue Brewfest Stein and use it on one of the large Festive Kegs to earn the achievement. Do not delete the item, as removing it from your inventory will cause you to lose the achievement.
