Contact a GM
If you deleted the stein, open a support ticket and ask a GM to restore it. When submitting the ticket, ask the GM to verify that you completed the quest 'Did Someone Say Souvenir?' to help confirm eligibility.
Zone after restoration
Once the GM restores the stein, the achievement may not appear immediately — zone into a different area to trigger it.
Tips
GMs have limited item restoration history of approximately one month, so ticket as soon as possible after realizing the stein was deleted.
Some GMs have cited a strict 3-day limit on reward refunds, so the outcome of a restoration request may vary.
