Honor Level 20 is a PvP progression milestone that rewards a faction-specific companion pet upon reaching the required honor level.
Reach Honor Level 20
Earn enough honor through PvP activities to reach Honor Level 20. Upon reaching it, you will receive either the 
Alliance Enthusiast (Alliance) or Horde Fanatic (Horde) pet, depending on your faction.
Buy Missing Faction Pet
If you are missing the opposite faction's pet and wish to collect it, visit Sarah the Savage (Horde) or Captain Roberts (Alliance) in Broken Isles Dalaran to purchase it from their quartermaster inventory.
