Northrend Dungeonmaster is a meta-achievement requiring you to complete the Northrend dungeon achievements listed below it, earned on a single character.
Complete Required Dungeon Achievements
Complete all sub-achievements listed under Northrend Dungeonmaster. Note that Trial of the Champion is not required, nor are the Icecrown 5-man dungeons added in patch 3.3.
Claim Wisp Cloak Pattern
If you are a Tailor with a skill of at least 420, visit the Tailoring trainer in Dalaran after completing the achievement on that character and check their gossip text — the Wisp Cloak pattern will appear there, not in the standard training window.
Earn Achievement Per Character
Even though achievements are account-wide, the Wisp Cloak pattern is only unlocked for a character that personally completed Northrend Dungeonmaster — characters that only partially contributed to the account-wide completion cannot claim the pattern.
