Contender
Win 25 duels in the Dueler's Guild.
Contender requires you to win 25 duels as Champion in the Dueler's Guild, available to level 120 players with War Mode enabled at the faction War Headquarters in Boralus (Alliance) or Zuldazar (Horde).
Enable War Mode
You must have War Mode enabled to queue for Dueler's Guild battles. Travel to your faction's War Headquarters — Boralus for Alliance or Zuldazar for Horde.
Queue at the Bouncers or Troll Guards
Speak with the Bouncers (Alliance) or Troll Guards (Horde) at the War Headquarters to queue for a duel. Both locations are marked on the in-game map with their respective faction symbols.
Win 25 Duels
Each duel victory awards a stack of the Champion buff. You need 25 total Champion stacks across your dueling sessions to complete Contender. Win duels in sets of 2, then manually remove the Champion buff before queuing again to avoid the 3-win teleport bug that prevents your third win from counting toward the achievement total.
Tips
After every 2 wins, manually remove the Champion buff before re-queuing so the 3rd-win teleport does not nullify that win's progress toward the 25-win total.
