Complete the Burning Crusade raid achievements listed below.

Outland Raider requires completing the Burning Crusade raid achievements listed below, awarding 20 points upon completion.

1

Understand Backflagging Rules

For 25-man raids, backflagging credit only applies if you have loot from the boss or a quest associated with that boss kill. Killing bosses after Patch 3.0 grants credit regardless of loot.

2

Complete Karazhan

Enter Karazhan and defeat Prince Malchezaar, or have completed the quest A Demonic Presence, to receive credit for this raid.

3

Complete Zul'Aman (Pre-4.1 Only)

As of Patch 4.1, Zul'Aman is no longer required for this achievement. If you defeated Zul'jin before Patch 4.1, you instead received a Feat of Strength. Players who completed all other raids except old Zul'Aman received the achievement automatically upon logging in after 4.1.

4

Complete Mount Hyjal

Enter the Battle for Mount Hyjal and defeat Archimonde. Because Archimonde has no associated quest, you must either have a drop from him or kill him after Patch 3.0 to receive credit.

5

Complete Black Temple

Having completed all attunement quests and possessing the Blessed Medallion of Karabor satisfies the 25-man raid backflagging requirement for Black Temple without needing a separate drop.

6

Complete Sunwell Plateau

Enter Sunwell Plateau and defeat Kil'jaeden. If you do not have a drop from him, you must kill him after Patch 3.0 to receive credit, as there is no associated quest for backflagging.

Tips

  • All of these raids can be entered and cleared solo at max level, making it straightforward to collect any missing boss kills across multiple lockouts.

  • If you completed all attunement quests and hold the Blessed Medallion of Karabor, you already have backflagging credit for the associated 25-man raids except Mount Hyjal and Sunwell Plateau.
