Existential Crisis
Defeat Mythrax the Unraveler in Uldir with no player touching an Existence Fragment spawned by another player on Normal difficulty or higher.
Existential Crisis requires defeating Mythrax the Unraveler in Uldir on Normal difficulty or higher while no player touches an Existence Fragment spawned by another player.
Dismiss All Pets
Before engaging Mythrax, dismiss all pets, minions, and summoned objects with a health pool — including items like 
Vanquished Tendril of G'huun and Mistweaver statues. Pets struck by Obliteration Blast or Imminent Ruin will spawn Existence Fragments, and collecting those fragments will fail the achievement.
Use a Smaller Group
Bring a smaller group to this encounter — fewer players means fewer Existence Fragments spawning overall, making it significantly easier to ensure no one collects a fragment that another player spawned.
Collect Only Your Own Fragments
During the fight, each player must collect only the Existence Fragments that they personally spawned — touching a fragment spawned by another player will immediately fail the achievement, so prioritize quick target switching and burst damage to minimize fragment spawns.
Tips
The Instance Achievement Tracker addon can be used to monitor who touches another player's Existence Fragment in real time.
Bursting Mythrax down quickly reduces the total number of Existence Fragments spawned during the encounter.
