Clear Deadmines in Westfall
Enter Deadmines in Westfall and defeat Edwin VanCleef to complete that dungeon's requirement.
Clear Wailing Caverns in Barrens
Enter Wailing Caverns in The Barrens and defeat the four Fanglords — Lady Anacondra, Lord Cobrahn, Lord Pythas, and Lord Serpentis — then speak with the Tauren near the entrance and follow him to reach and kill Mutanus the Devourer.
Clear Blackfathom Deeps in Ashenvale
Enter Blackfathom Deeps in Ashenvale and defeat Aku'mai.
Clear Gnomeregan in Dun Morogh
Enter Gnomeregan in Dun Morogh and defeat Mekgineer Thermaplugg.
Clear Shadowfang Keep in Silverpine
Enter Shadowfang Keep in Silverpine Forest and defeat Archmage Arugal.
Clear Razorfen Kraul in Barrens
Enter Razorfen Kraul in The Barrens and slay Charlga Razorflank.

Enter Razorfen Downs in The Barrens and slay Amnennar the Coldbringer.
Clear Scarlet Monastery wings
Complete all four wings of Scarlet Monastery: kill Bloodmage Thalnos in the Graveyard wing, Arcanist Doan in the Library wing, Herod in the Armory wing, and High Inquisitor Whitemane along with Scarlet Commander Mograine in the Cathedral wing. The Scarlet Key, which drops from a chest near Doan, is required to access the Cathedral and Armory wings.
Clear Uldaman in Badlands
Enter Uldaman in the Badlands and defeat Archaedas. To summon Archaedas, right-click a pedestal in the last room — this requires three players interacting with it, so bring two additional players for this step.
Clear Zul'Farrak in Tanaris
Enter Zul'Farrak in Tanaris and defeat Chief Ukorz Sandscalp along with his companion Ruuzlu.
Clear Sunken Temple in Swamp of Sorrows
Enter Sunken Temple in the Swamp of Sorrows and defeat the Shade of Eranikus. Many bosses in this instance have prerequisites — Atal'alarion, for example, appears only after activating six statues in the correct order: south, north, southwest, southeast, then northwest.
Clear Maraudon in Desolace
Enter Maraudon in Desolace and complete its dungeon achievement requirement.
Clear Blackrock Depths in Blackrock Mountain
Enter Blackrock Depths at Blackrock Mountain and defeat Emperor Dagran Thaurissan. The Shadowforge Key is required to access certain areas, so obtain it before attempting this dungeon.
Tips
For Horde players, an efficient Eastern Kingdoms route is: Shadowfang Keep → Scarlet Monastery → Scholomance → Stratholme → Uldaman → Blackrock Mountain (Blackrock Depths) → Sunken Temple.
The Scarlet Key needed for Scarlet Monastery's Armory and Cathedral wings drops from a chest located next to Arcanist Doan in the Library wing — clear the Library wing first.
