Defeat Zek'voz in Uldir after exposing the Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron to the Projection of Yogg-Saron on Normal difficulty or higher.
What's in the Box? is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating Zek'voz in Uldir after exposing the 
Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron to the Projection of Yogg-Saron, and it is part of the Glory of the Uldir Raider meta achievement.
Obtain the Puzzle Box
The Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron is obtained by completing a rare Nerubian archaeology solve, requiring 140 Nerubian Archaeology Fragments or a mixture that includes a 
Nerubian Obelisk. It is also available on the Auction House.
Enter Uldir on Normal
Enter Uldir on Normal difficulty or higher and engage Zek'voz. This raid can be soloed at max level.
Reduce Boss Health
Reduce Zek'voz's health to just above 50%, then slow your damage output — the Projection of Yogg-Saron will appear in the tunnel behind the boss at this threshold.
Use the Puzzle Box
Once the Projection of Yogg-Saron appears in the tunnel behind Zek'voz, open your Toy Box and use the Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron to trigger the reaction. Alternatively, wait until Yogg's image disappears and use the box on the second appearance, which reduces the time you spend dealing with the additional mechanics.
Dodge Void Barrages
Using the Puzzle Box periodically causes Void Barrages to spawn, dealing around 25, 000–35,000 damage to anyone standing in the purple swirling areas, so step out of them.
Defeat Zek'voz
With the Puzzle Box interaction complete, defeat Zek'voz to earn the achievement.
