WoW's 14th Anniversary is a login-based achievement earned by logging into the game during the anniversary event period.
Log Into the Game
Log into World of Warcraft during the 14th Anniversary event. If the achievement does not trigger upon login, log all the way out including Battle.net, then log back in.
Collect Your Anniversary Mail
Check your in-game mailbox for a message from The WoW Dev Team containing an 
Anniversary Gift, which includes 200x 
Timewarped Badge, a 
Celebration Package, and potentially a 
A Slightly More Urgent Letter from the Timewalkers if you have not yet completed the associated quest.
