Defeat the Fetid Devourer in Uldir after having all players hit by Terrible Thrash at least once on Normal difficulty or higher.

Thrash Mouth - All Stars is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating the Fetid Devourer in Uldir on Normal difficulty or higher after every player in the raid has been hit by Terrible Thrash at least once.

1

Enter Uldir Alone

Enter Uldir and engage the Fetid Devourer solo. This achievement is straightforward at max level without a group, as you only need to ensure you personally get hit by Terrible Thrash.

2

Bait Terrible Thrash

The Fetid Devourer casts Terrible Thrash on every fourth melee attack, targeting the player closest to the tank. Let the boss hit you with three standard melee attacks, and the fourth will be Terrible Thrash, which deals physical damage equal to 300% of a normal melee hit.

3

Avoid Immunity Effects

Do not use Ice Block, Divine Shield, or Aspect of the Turtle when Terrible Thrash lands — these effects absorb the hit and it will not count toward the achievement requirement. Use a non-immunity personal defensive cooldown instead if needed.

4

Defeat the Boss

After being hit by Terrible Thrash, defeat the Fetid Devourer. Note that the boss enrages at 50% health with Fetid Frenzy, so prioritize killing it quickly after all required hits are confirmed.

Tips

  • If running this with a small group rather than solo, ensure the off-tank also taunts at some point so the main tank is positioned close enough to be hit by Terrible Thrash — the ability targets the player closest to the current tank.

  • Players without a strong non-immunity defensive cooldown should be prioritized to receive their Terrible Thrash hit early in the fight, before the boss enrages at 50% health.
