Prior to the 2024 holiday refresh, you got completely smashed, put on your best perfume, threw a handful of rose petals on Jeremiah Payson, and then kissed him. You always regretted it.
Flirt With Disaster is a World of Warcraft holiday achievement that requires you to get completely smashed, apply perfume, throw rose petals on Jeremiah Payson in Undercity, and then kiss him.
Buy Drinks From Vendor
Purchase drinks from Sylannia, the Drink Vendor at the Darkmoon Fair, or from vendors on the Traveler's Mount. You will need enough to reach the 'Smashed' drunk state, which causes your screen to become very blurry.
Obtain Rose Petals And Perfume
Exchange Love Tokens at the Lovely Merchant for a 
Handful of Rose Petals and any Perfume. Note that cologne does not work — you must use Perfume specifically.
Get Completely Smashed
Consume the drinks you purchased, repeating until you reach the 'Smashed' drunk status, indicated by a heavily blurred screen.
Travel To Undercity
Go to Undercity and locate Jeremiah Payson, the cockroach vendor.
Apply Perfume On Yourself
Use the Perfume on yourself before interacting with Jeremiah Payson.
Use Rose Petals Then Kiss
Use the Handful of Rose Petals on Jeremiah Payson, then kiss him to complete the achievement.
