Rapid Defense
Complete the Defending Wyrmrest Temple quest in under 3 minutes while not in a group.
Rapid Defense is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Defending Wyrmrest Temple quest solo in under 3 minutes.
Start the Quest Chain
Begin by completing Rifle the Bodies, which must be finished before 
Goramosh's Strange Device drops — this item is required to progress the quest chain leading to Defending Wyrmrest Temple.
Follow the Full Chain
After obtaining Goramosh's Strange Device, follow the quest chain to its end until you reach Defending Wyrmrest Temple, the specific quest tied to this achievement.
Prioritize Low-HP Drakes
Once on your drake, focus killing blows on low-HP drakes that NPC dragons are already attacking around the base — for each drake, apply the DoT (ability 2) then one Fireball (ability 1), as the DoT alone finishes them without a second Fireball.
Handle Dragons Differently
Against larger dragons, apply the DoT immediately and then spam Fireball; reapply the DoT when it expires only if no drakes are nearby for quick kills.
Keep Your Drake Alive
If your drake dies at any point, restart the quest entirely — completing the objective without a drake is not viable within the time limit.
Tips
The time limit was extended from 2 minutes to 3 minutes, making this achievement significantly more forgiving than at launch.
A Wyrmrest Protector NPC spawns directly on top of the quest turn-in NPC, making it difficult to click — position your camera carefully before dismounting to click through the crowd.
