Baiting the Enemy
Fish up a Rasboralus within Proudmoore Keep in Tiragarde Sound.
Baiting the Enemy requires fishing up a Rasboralus from a fishing pool inside Proudmoore Keep in Tiragarde Sound.
Enter Proudmoore Keep
There is a dirt ramp leading up into Proudmoore Keep. At the top of the ramp, take the stairs on the left. A Boralus Civilian sometimes patrols down these stairs, so watch your timing.
Navigate to the Pool
At the top of the stairs there is a second set of stairs to the right. Jump onto the wall between the two staircases, following it around. Be aware of the Admiral's Elite Guard patrolling the platform above on your left. Once around the wall, jump across the railing on the stairs ahead of you, which puts you in position to cast into the fishing pool below.
Fish the Pool
Cast into the pool that spawns in Proudmoore Keep. The pool has a long respawn timer but yields a 100% catch rate, so Rasboralus is guaranteed once a pool is present. Only fish from pools — open water will not work.
Tips
The Breaching Boralus assault event, activated by the Crawl to Victory quest, clears most enemies from the area and allows you to reach the pools without engaging any guards.
The fishing pool can spawn without any active world quest in the area, but the respawn timer is lengthy and may require an extended wait.
