Fish up 50 Midnight Salmon.
Fish Me In the Moonlight requires you to fish up 50 
Midnight Salmon from any Battle for Azeroth zone to earn 10 achievement points.
Fish Any BFA Zone
Cast in any BFA zone without any fishing skill requirement — Midnight Salmon can drop even without BFA fishing trained. Fishing at night yields a higher drop rate than during the day.
Use Follower Missions
If you have a follower equipped with 
Monelite Fish Finder, completed follower missions can award bonus Midnight Salmon — for example, one completed mission awarded 7 bonus Midnight Salmon, counting directly toward the achievement.
Win Cooking Impossible Brawl
During the Brawl: Cooking Impossible, winning awards "Nomi's Grocery Tote", which contains 3–9 Midnight Salmon that count toward this achievement.
Fish Bubble Pools Too
If you are also working on Secret Fish and Where to Find Them, Midnight Salmon caught from bubble pools count toward this achievement's 50-fish total.
Tips
Expect a high cast count to complete this achievement — roughly 1,100 casts is a realistic estimate if relying solely on fishing.
Great Sea Ray mounts can drop while fishing for Midnight Salmon in BFA zones and are tradeable on the Auction House.
