Scent of the Sea is a 10-point achievement that requires you to convert 100 fish from Kul Tiras and Zandalar into 
Aromatic Fish Oil.
Fish in BFA Zones
Catch 100 white quality fish in any Battle for Azeroth zone (Kul Tiras or Zandalar).
Convert Fish to Oil
Right-click each fish to convert it into Aromatic Fish Oil — each fish yields exactly one oil, so 100 fish will complete the achievement.
