Fish in any location up to level 10 until you accumulate 50 skill points in fishing.
Train Journeyman Fishing
Visit a fishing trainer and learn the Journeyman Fishing skill once you have reached 50 skill points.
Fish to 150 skill points
Fish in any location up to level 20 to earn the remaining 100 skill points needed to complete the Journeyman Fisherman achievement.
