Come Sail Away
Complete the introduction to Kul Tiras.
Come Sail Away is an Alliance-only achievement earned by completing the Battle for Azeroth introduction questline that takes your character from the siege of Lordaeron through to unlocking the Scouting Map in Boralus.
Accept Hour of Reckoning
Level 110 Alliance characters auto-accept the first quest, Hour of Reckoning, in Stormwind City. If you are playing during The War Within or later, speak to the guard next to the Hero's Board in Stormwind to start the questline manually.
Complete the Lordaeron Scenario
Follow the quest chain from Master Mathias Shaw for The Battle for Lordaeron, which plays out as a scenario in Stormwind City.
Obtain the Heart of Azeroth
Travel to Silithus: The Wound for A Dying World, then meet Magni Bronzebeard to receive the 
Heart of Azeroth as a quest reward. Continue through Have a Heart and Infusing the Heart in the Chamber of Heart.
Complete Tides of War
Return to Halford Wyrmbane in Stormwind City and complete Tides of War, the final quest in this chain, which concludes the introduction and unlocks the Scouting Map in Boralus, completing the achievement.
Claim Your Fireplace Reward
The achievement rewards the 
Old Salt's Fireplace decor item, which can also be purchased from Pearl Barlow at 70.7, 15.6 in Boralus for 800 War Resources if you already have it unlocked through the achievement Come Sail Away.
Tips
War Resources are Warband-transferrable, though a 30% transfer fee applies — transferring 1,000 War Resources results in only 700 being received on the destination character.
