The Scavenger
Successfully fish in each of the junk nodes listed below.
The Scavenger is a 10-point achievement requiring you to successfully fish from five specific junk node types scattered across multiple zones.
Fish Steam Pump Flotsam
Head to Zangarmarsh and fish the Steam Pump Flotsam pools at 57, 56 near Darkcrest Shore around Umbrefen Lake. These pools are plentiful and easy to locate throughout the zone.
Fish Bloodsail Wreckage
Travel to the Wild Shore along the coastal Stranglethorn Vale near Booty Bay at 27, 43, close to the Bloodsail camp. This pool can be difficult to find, so fish any nearby pools to trigger new ones to spawn.
Fish Schooner Wreckage
Schooner Wreckage can be found in Hillsbrad Foothills, Wetlands, and also in Stonetalon Mountains in the Venture Co. area along the western valley. In Wetlands, fish the pools off the docks at Menethil Harbor at 55, 64 and one will spawn nearby.
Fish Waterlogged Wreckage
Find Waterlogged Wreckage along Dreadmurk Shore near Theramore Beach, or in the Stranglethorn Vale river at 30, 6 near the hunter camp. Fish the pools along the shore heading toward the Mirefin Murloc area and it will spawn nearby.
Fish Floating Wreckage
Floating Wreckage is located in Tanaris near Gadgetzan — from the flight path, head toward Caverns of Time and fish Waterspring Field. It has also been reported at 44, 45 near the docks in Feralas.
Tips
Fishing any pool in an area causes a new pool to spawn elsewhere in that same area, so fish whatever pools are available rather than waiting for a specific node type to appear.
See video guide for a visual walkthrough of each fishing location.
