Complete the Lordaeron Scenario
Pick up 'The Battle for Lordaeron' from Nathanos Blightcaller in Orgrimmar and complete the scenario.
Accept A Dying World
Accept 'A Dying World' from the Earthen Messenger in Orgrimmar to continue the chain.
Travel to Silithus
Accept 'The Heart of Azeroth' from Magni Bronzebeard in Silithus: The Wound and obtain the 
Heart of Azeroth.
Infuse the Heart
Return to Magni Bronzebeard in the Chamber of Heart and complete 'Infusing the Heart' by interacting with 275 Azerite gear, then finish 'The Speaker's Imperative'.
Complete Mission Statement
Accept and complete 'Battle for Azeroth: Mission Statement' from Nathanos Blightcaller in Orgrimmar to finish the introduction chain and earn the achievement.
Tips
This achievement is required before the quest 'Thalyssra's Estate' becomes visible in the embassy, even if you have completed Insurrection and are exalted with the relevant faction.
