Epic (Battle)
Equip an Epic or better item, with a minimum item level of 340, in every slot during Battle for Azeroth.
Epic (Battle) requires you to equip an Epic or better item with a minimum item level of 340 in every single character slot during the Battle for Azeroth expansion.
Fill Every Equipment Slot
You need a 340+ Epic item in every slot, including both ring slots and both trinket slots. You can swap items in and out of each slot on your character sheet to trigger credit for that slot without needing to wear everything simultaneously.
Relog After Equipping Neck
If your 
Heart of Azeroth is item level 340 or higher but the neck slot is not granting credit, relog your character to force the achievement to recognize it.
Tips
This achievement is not the same as the original Epic achievement — Superior (Battle) is a lower-tier version of the same concept, and you may complete both at the same time if you have been unlucky with upgrades.
