Complete the Zandalar Forever scenario in Zuldazar.
The Final Seal is a 5-point achievement earned by completing the Zandalar Forever scenario in Zuldazar, which serves as the final step of the broader Zandalar Forever! storyline.
Complete Four Prerequisite Storylines
Before this scenario unlocks, you must complete all four prerequisite storyline achievements: The Dark Heart of Nazmir, Secrets in the Sands, The Throne of Zuldazar, and A Bargain of Blood. These chains collectively require completing approximately 300 main Battle for Azeroth Horde storyline quests.
Find King Rastakhan
Once all four prerequisites are done, find King Rastakhan at 60, 22.4 in Zuldazar to pick up the Zandalar Forever! quest. The quest should appear as a large yellow exclamation point on your map, but if it is not visible, go directly to that location to check.
Complete the Scenario
Accept and complete the Zandalar Forever! quest from King Rastakhan at 60, 22.4 in Zuldazar to run the scenario and earn The Final Seal achievement.
