Defeat Knight Captain Valyri without detonating any Munitions in Tol Dagor on Mythic difficulty.
Remix to Ignition requires defeating Knight Captain Valyri in Tol Dagor on Mythic difficulty without detonating any Munitions barrels during the encounter.
Set Tol Dagor to Mythic
Enter Tol Dagor on Mythic difficulty. Do not move any barrels out of the room before engaging Knight Captain Valyri — doing so causes her to spawn an overwhelming number of barrels during the fight, making the achievement impossible.
Position Boss in Center
Pull Knight Captain Valyri to the middle of the room and keep her there for the entire fight. Assign each non-tank player to one barrel and one quadrant of the room to manage barrel safety throughout the encounter.
Manage Fuselighter and Cinderflame
Fuselighter is a DoT placed on a random player that pulses fire damage to nearby targets — if you receive it while standing near a barrel, it will immediately ignite it, so stay away from your assigned barrel when afflicted. Fuselighter can be dispelled instantly to prevent a pulse, and Knight Captain Valyri targets the affected player during the cast so the healer can anticipate who needs the dispel.
Defeat Valyri Before Any Barrel Explodes
Burn down Knight Captain Valyri before any barrel's timer reaches zero. A barrel's countdown timer ticking down does not fail the achievement — only an actual explosion does. If a barrel explodes, reset the encounter and try again.
Tips
High item level players can bypass barrel management entirely by dealing enough damage to kill Knight Captain Valyri before any barrel detonates — a 229 Marksman Hunter solo at 11.3k DPS is sufficient to complete this.
