Priority Mail is a 5-point achievement earned by sorting 30 partially addressed letters within 60 seconds in the Postmaster's Office in Dalaran, rewarding the title Postmaster.
Pick Up Lost Mail
Find the 
Lost Mail on the ground near a mailbox in Dalaran. It respawns approximately every 2 hours and is Bind on Equip, so it can also be traded to other players.
Deliver to Madam Goya
Take the Lost Mail to Madam Goya in the Underbelly of Dalaran to turn it in and begin the questline leading to the Postmaster's Office.
Enter the Dalaran Mailroom
After completing Madam Goya's step, you will receive a mail from the Postmaster summoning you to the Dalaran Mailroom, which is accessible via the pet cemetery area of Dalaran.
Learn the Sorting Locations
The mini-game requires you to sort letters by continent destination. Key location-to-continent pairings include: Astranaar, Everlook, Feathermoon Stronghold, and Gadgetzan for Kalimdor; Aerie Peak, Booty Bay, Brill, and Goldshire for Eastern Kingdoms; Area 52, Allerian Stronghold, Altar of Sha'tar, Cenarion Refuge, and Garadar for Outland; Conquest Hold, Camp Oneqwah, and Frosthold for Northrend; Dawn's Blossom and Halfhill for Pandaria; and Azurewing Repose, Bradensbrook, Deliverance Point, and Greywatch for the Broken Isle.
Sort 30 Letters in 60 Seconds
During the mini-game, you must correctly sort 30 partially addressed letters into the right continental tubes within 60 seconds. Memorizing the location-to-continent list from the previous step before entering is the most reliable way to complete this quickly enough to earn the achievement.
Tips
You can use a macro to freeze your client briefly when a location name appears, giving yourself extra time to think:

Upon completing the Postmaster questline, a copy of the Lost Mail is mailed to you, allowing you to give it to a friend so they can start the questline without waiting for the 2-hour respawn.
