Reach Prestige Level 23.
Protocol 2.3 requires you to reach Prestige Level 23 through PvP play, rewarding 
Soldier's Legacy upon completion.
Earn Honor to Prestige
Participate in PvP activities to earn Honor and level up your Honor ranks. Each time you reach Honor Level 50, you can Prestige, resetting your Honor level and incrementing your Prestige level by one.
Prestige 23 Times Total
Repeat the Honor grind and Prestige reset 23 times in total to reach Prestige Level 23 and complete the achievement, earning Soldier's Legacy as the reward.
