Complete the following special encounters on Argus.
Commander of Argus is a 10-point achievement requiring you to defeat 60 rare elite enemies spread across the three zones of Argus: Krokuun, Eredath, and Antoran Wastes, rewarding the Arsenal: Weapons of the Lightforged upon completion.

Hunt Krokuun Rare Elites
Defeat all rare elites in Krokuun: Commander Endaxis at 45.3, 58.9; Commander Sathrenael at 33.3, 76.2; Commander Vecaya at 38.3, 59.8 (path up at 42.0, 57.1); Imp Mother Laglath at 41.7, 70.2; Khazaduum — enter at 50.2, 17.1 and find the mob at 40.7, 43.4; Naroua at 70.5, 33.7; Siegemaster Voraan at 58.4, 76.1; Sister Subversia at 53.4, 30.9; Talestra the Vile at 55.5, 80.2; Tar Spitter at 69.7, 80.5; Tereck the Selector at 69.6, 57.5; and Vagath the Betrayed at 60.8, 20.8. Note that Naroua has a chance to drop the 
Fel-Spotted Egg, and Sister Subversia is associated with the 
Spire of Spite.
Hunt Eredath Rare Elites
Defeat all rare elites in Eredath: Wrangler Kravos at 55.7, 59.9; Baruut the Bloodthirsty at 43.8, 60.2; Vigilant Thanos at 36.3, 23.6; Venomtail Skyfin at 33.7, 47.5; Captain Faruq at 27.2, 29.8; Ataxon at 30.3, 40.4; Herald of Chaos at 35.5, 58.7 (2nd floor); Jed'hin Champion Vorusk at 48.5, 40.9; Overseer Y'Sorna at 58.0, 30.9; Instructor Tarahna at 61.4, 50.2; Commander Xethgar at 56.8, 14.5; Slithon the Last at 49.5, 52.8; Shadowcaster Voruun at 44.6, 71.6; Soultwisted Monstrosity at 65.3, 67.5; Kaara the Pale at 38.7, 55.8; Feasel the Muffin Thief at 41.3, 11.6; Vigilant Kuro at 63.8, 64.6; Turek the Lucid at 39.2, 66.6; and Umbraliss at 35.2, 37.2.
Hunt Antoran Wastes Rare Elites
Defeat all rare elites in Antoran Wastes: Mother Rosula — enter at 65.5, 26.6; Chief Alchemist Munculus at 60.9, 22.9; Blistermaw at 61.7, 37.2; and Vrax'thul at 53.1, 35.8. Additional rares in this zone include Admiral Rel'var at 73.6, 71.8; All-Seer Xanarian at 76.0, 56.2; Commander Texlaz at 82.6, 65.8; Doomcaster Suprax at 58.6, 11.6; Gar'zoth at 56.2, 46.6; Houndmaster Kerrax at 63.8, 22.0; Inquisitor Vethroz at 60.6, 48.6; and Squadron Commander Vishax, accessible via portal at 77.4, 74.9. Note that some rares may only be available when a corresponding world quest is active.
Tips
These rares are farmable once per day per character, so completing a full circuit daily is the fastest way to finish the achievement.
Some Antoran Wastes and Krokuun rares are gated behind active world quests and will not be present unless the relevant quest is up.
