Defeat the Felhounds of Sargeras in Antorus, the Burning Throne on Normal difficulty or higher with both Felhounds afflicted with 5 stacks of Fel Imbuement.

Hounds Good To Me is a 10-point achievement earned by defeating F'harg and Shatug in Antorus, the Burning Throne on Normal difficulty or higher while both Felhounds have 5 stacks of Fel Imbuement at the time of defeat.

1

Enter on Normal Difficulty

Enter Antorus, the Burning Throne on Normal difficulty or higher and engage the Felhounds of Sargeras boss encounter with F'harg and Shatug.

2

Separate the Two Hounds

Keep F'harg and Shatug away from each other at all times — if they come within approximately 40 yards of each other, they gain a buff that clears their Fel Imbuement stacks, resetting your progress.

3

Identify Pool Colors

Throughout the fight, fel puddles around the edges of the room become either orange (fire) or purple (shadow) corrupted, indicated by small colored clouds above them. Each hound must be brought to the pool matching its own color to gain a stack of Fel Imbuement.

4

Build 5 Stacks Per Hound

Drag F'harg to orange pools and Shatug to purple pools each time they spawn, repeating until both hounds have 5 stacks of Fel Imbuement. Handle both hounds simultaneously to avoid needing to hold DPS for too long.

5

Kill Both Hounds

Once both F'harg and Shatug have 5 stacks of Fel Imbuement, use Bloodlust or Time Warp and burn down both hounds to complete the achievement.

Tips

  • Solo players using a pet class can assign their pet to handle one hound (e.g. Shatug) while personally kiting the other, keeping the two hounds naturally separated throughout the fight.

  • Brewmaster Monks can solo this by placing a Black Ox Statue near Shatug to hold its aggro while personally kiting F'harg to the matching pools — avoid generating threat on Shatug while doing so or the separation will break.

  • For a cleaner solo experience, use Normal difficulty, which removes fear mechanics present on higher difficulties.

  • See the video guides for a visual walkthrough of pool positioning and hound separation.
