Into the Nether
Complete the Netherstorm storylines listed below.
Into the Nether is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Netherstorm storylines, including quests for the Consortium and the Socrethar questlines.
Pledge Allegiance in Shattrath
Before starting the Socrethar questline, travel to Shattrath and pledge allegiance to either the Scryers or the Aldor by completing the entrance quests from A'dal and the follow-up escort quest City of Light. This is a hard prerequisite for the Socrethar portion of the achievement.
Start Consortium Quests in Area 52
In Area 52, find Spymaster Thalodien, who will offer Assisting the Consortium once you have completed the Socrethar questline. Then locate Nether-Stalker Khay'ji, who has a blue question mark above him that overrides the standard yellow quest icon even with low-level quest tracking enabled — accept Request for Assistance from him to begin a chain that ultimately rewards the Key to the Arcatraz.
Complete All Consortium Quests
The Consortium section requires four specific quests to be completed: Nexus-King Salhadaar, Full Triangle, Success!, and Securing the Celestial Ridge. WoWhead only lists Full Triangle as required, but all four must be done to fulfill the achievement criteria.
Farm Kirin'Var Village Drop Quests
In Kirin'Var Village, kill the following mobs for item-drop quests that count toward the achievement: Conjurer Luminrath for 
Luminrath's Mantle, Cohlien Frostweaver for 
Cohlien's Cap, Abjurist Belmara for 
Belmara's Tome, and Battle-Mage Dathric for 
Dathric's Blade. Note that Dathric may require multiple kills before his drop appears.
Check Progress with Macros

If you become stuck, also check near the Haggard War Veteran at 59.87, 40.94 for any missed quests in the zone.
Tips
If you are stuck near 118 completed quests, prioritize the four drop-item quests in Kirin'Var Village, as these are easy to overlook and can be the difference between completing and falling short of the achievement.
