Terror of Terokkar is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the Terokkar Forest storylines.
Start Empoor's Quest Chain
Find Empoor walking the path between Shattrath and Tuurem at 30.4, 42.2. Click him and select 'Tell me what you know' — he will attack; kill him and he turns friendly, giving the Wind Trader Lathrai quest. This opens A Personal Favor, then Investigate Tuurem, then What Are These Things, a four-quest chain that counts toward the achievement.
Complete Huntress Kima Chain
The Huntress Kima quest chain starts in Nagrand but includes two quests that count toward this Terokkar achievement. Begin the chain with quest ID 9982 on Wowhead to pick up those two qualifying quests.
Do The Skettis Offensive
Speak to Defender Grashna in Shattrath City to pick up The Skettis Offensive. Kill the birds that fly at you near the quest giver, including the large one, then speak to Rilak the Redeemed to complete it. This quest counts toward the achievement.
Complete Rather Be Fishin'
Pick up Rather Be Fishin' from Seth, as this quest also counts toward the achievement.
Find Vindicator Haylen's Quest
Vindicator Haylen offers a quest involving a bird near approximately 51, 72 in Terokkar Forest. Speak to her to pick it up and complete it for additional achievement credit.
Tips
If you abandoned Empoor's quest line at any point, he will not have an exclamation mark — you must manually click him and select 'Tell me what you know' to restart the chain.
Quests completed during the Terrok summoning quest line do NOT count toward this achievement.
