To Hellfire and Back is a 10-point achievement earned by completing the major Hellfire Peninsula storylines spread across multiple quest hubs in the zone.
Complete Outland Intro Chain
Complete the 4-quest opening chain starting with Through the Dark Portal, followed by Arrival in Outland, Journey to Honor Hold, and ending with Force Commander Danath.
Complete Expedition Point Chains
Work through the 14 quests at Expedition Point, including The Legion Reborn, The Path of Anguish, Disrupt Their Reinforcements, Know Your Enemy, Fel Orc Scavengers, Ill Omens, Cursed Talismans, Zeth'Gor Must Burn!, Warlord of the Bleeding Hollow, Return to Honor Hold, Mission: The Murketh and Shaadraz Gateways, Shatter Point, and Wing Commander Gryphongar. Completing Return to Honor Hold unlocks Digging for Prayer Beads and Fel Spirits.
Complete Temple of Telhamat Quests
Finish the 12 quests at the Temple of Telhamat, which include In Search of Sedai, Return to Obadei, Makuru's Vengeance, Atonement, Sha'naar Relics, The Seer's Relic, The Pools of Aggonar, Cleansing the Waters, Cruel Taskmasters, Deadly Predators, The Rock Flayer Matriarch, and An Ambitious Plan.
Complete Longbeard Quests
Complete the 5 Longbeard quests: The Longbeards, The Arakkoa Threat, Gaining Mirren's Trust, The Finest Down, and Rampaging Ravagers. Note that Gaining Mirren's Trust is one Alliance players commonly miss.
Complete Cenarion Post Quests
Finish the 7 Cenarion Post quests: Helping the Cenarion Post, Demonic Contamination, Testing the Antidote, Colossal Menace, The Earthbinder, and Natural Remedies. Colossal Menace enemies drop the Crimson Crystal Shard.
Check for Missed Alliance Quests
If you are short on progress, check for Outland Sucks!, which is located near Thrallmar and is easy to miss, as well as the Avruus Orb quest, both of which Alliance players frequently overlook.
