Down With The Dark Iron
Defend the Brewfest camp from the Dark Iron attack and complete the quest, "This One Time, When I Was Drunk..."
Down With The Dark Iron requires you to defend the Brewfest camp against a Dark Iron Dwarf attack and then complete the quest 'This One Time, When I Was Drunk...' that becomes available afterward.
Wait for the Event
The Dark Iron attack event occurs every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour (e.g. 12:00, 12:30) at the Brewfest grounds. You do not need a quest before the event starts — the quest is obtained after the event is successfully completed.
Grab a Brewfest Sampler
Before the event begins, pick up a 
Complimentary Brewfest Sampler from the tables around the Brewfest area, but do not use it yet — save it for when the Dark Iron Guzzlers arrive.
Create a Targeting Macro
Weapons do not work on the Dark Iron Guzzlers, so create a macro with the lines '/target Dark Iron Guzzler' and '/use Complimentary Brewfest Sampler', then place it on your action bar for quick use during the event.
Defend the Kegs
Use your macro repeatedly to throw samplers at Dark Iron Guzzlers and knock them out. Losing a Keg will cause remaining Guzzlers to swarm the other Kegs, making survival much harder, so prioritize protecting every Keg for the full 5 minutes.
Pick Up the Quest
After the event is won, a wheel drops to the ground — click it to receive the quest 'This One Time, When I Was Drunk...'. You can also pick up this quest if you arrive shortly after the event ends without having participated.
Turn In the Quest
Complete and turn in 'This One Time, When I Was Drunk...' to earn the Down With The Dark Iron achievement. Note that you can pick up both faction versions of the quest, but you can only turn in the quest for your own faction.
Tips
This event requires multiple players from the same faction to complete — it cannot be done solo.
