Marks of Honor from Amelia Clarke (Alliance) or Cladd Dawnstrider (Horde) in Draenor.
Buy the Ensemble
Purchase the Season 17 'Wild' armor ensemble from Amelia Clarke (Alliance) or Cladd Dawnstrider (Horde) for 
12 Marks of Honor — this is cheaper than buying all 8 pieces individually (which costs 17 Marks of Honor total) and instantly unlocks the full set appearance, granting the achievement immediately.
Clear the Trade Timer If Needed
If you bought individual pieces instead of the ensemble and the achievement did not trigger, the item's two-hour trade timer may be preventing the appearance from registering — disenchanting, deleting, placing the item in Void Storage, or selling it to a vendor for gold will immediately clear the timer and unlock the achievement.
