"It's Not Fashion Unless It Hurts" is a 10-point achievement earned by collecting any complete class armor set from PvP Season 14, purchased with 
Marks of Honor.
Find the Season 14 vendor
Alliance players purchase from Ethan Natice, and Horde players purchase from Acon Deathwielder. No old PvP rank is required to buy from these vendors.
Buy the ensemble or individual pieces
If you have no pieces yet, buying the full ensemble costs 
12 Marks of Honor, which is cheaper than buying all 8 individual pieces separately ( 17 Marks of Honor total). Individual slot costs are: Chest 3, Head 3, Legs 3, Hands 2, Shoulder 2, Feet 2, Wrist 1, Waist 1.
Use the ensemble to unlock the achievement
Using an ensemble immediately grants the achievement upon unlocking the full armor set appearance. If you purchased individual pieces and the achievement did not trigger, the item may have an active trade timer — deleting the item or placing it in Void Storage will immediately clear the timer and trigger the achievement.
Tips
If you bought individual pieces instead of the ensemble and the achievement has not triggered, selling the item to a vendor for gold also clears the trade timer.
