Marks of Honor from Armsmaster Holinka (Horde) or Roo Desvin (Alliance) in Pandaria.
Buy the Season 13 Ensemble
Visit Armsmaster Holinka (Horde) or Roo Desvin (Alliance) in Pandaria and purchase your class's Season 13 Tyrannical ensemble for 12 Marks of Honor. Using the ensemble immediately grants the achievement without any trade timer concerns.
Buy Individual Pieces Instead
If you prefer individual pieces, the full set costs 17 Marks of Honor total: Head (3), Legs (3), Chest (3), Hands (2), Shoulder (2), Feet (2), Wrist (1), Waist (1). No old PvP rank is required to purchase any of these items.
Tips
The ensemble at 12 Marks of Honor is cheaper than buying all individual pieces separately at 17 Marks of Honor total, so if you have no pieces yet, the ensemble saves you 5 Marks of Honor.
