Visit Lucan Mallory (Alliance) or Doris Chiltonius (Horde) in Pandaria to browse the Malevolent Gladiator armor pieces for your class. The full set costs 
17 Marks of Honor across all eight slots (Chest, Head, and Legs cost 3 each; Hands, Shoulders, and Feet cost 2 each; Waist and Wrist cost 1 each), but buying the ensemble for 12 Marks of Honor is cheaper if you have no pieces yet and will instantly grant the achievement upon use.
Tips
Purchasing the ensemble for 12 Marks of Honor is cheaper than buying all individual pieces (17 total) and immediately unlocks the achievement when used.
