Wrath of the Stitch King is a 10-point achievement earned by collecting any complete class armor set from PvP Season 8, purchasable with 
Marks of Honor from Xazi Smolderpipe in Old Dalaran, Northrend.
Buy the Season 8 Ensemble
Visit Xazi Smolderpipe in Old Dalaran, Northrend and purchase your class's Wrathful Gladiator ensemble (for example, 
Ensemble: Wrathful Gladiator's Ringmail Armor) for 
12 Marks of Honor — this is cheaper than buying all eight pieces individually, which costs 17 Marks of Honor total. No old PvP rank is required to purchase.
Use the Ensemble to Unlock
Use the ensemble from your inventory to immediately add all armor appearances to your collection and trigger the achievement; if you instead purchased individual pieces and the achievement did not fire, delete or disenchant the last piece to clear its trade timer, then relog if needed.
Tips
Buying the ensemble for 12 Marks of Honor saves 5 Marks of Honor compared to purchasing all eight individual pieces separately.
If you bought individual pieces and the achievement did not fire, deleting the last-purchased piece clears the trade timer immediately without waiting two hours.
