Lethal Looks requires collecting any class armor set from PvP Season 5, which can be done by purchasing pieces or an ensemble with 
Marks of Honor from vendors in Dalaran (Northrend).
Choose Your Season 5 Vendor
Travel to Dalaran in Northrend and purchase from one of three vendors: Trapjaw Rix sells the Savage set, Blazik Fireclaw sells the Hateful set, and Herwin Steampop sells the Deadly set. No old PvP rank is required to buy from any of them.
Buy the Ensemble, Not Pieces
The full ensemble costs 
12 Marks of Honor, while buying all eight pieces individually costs 17 Marks of Honor total — buying the ensemble saves 5 Marks of Honor and instantly grants the achievement upon use.
Clear the Trade Timer If Needed
If you bought individual pieces and the achievement did not trigger, the items may still have an active trade timer preventing them from registering in your collection — delete the item to immediately clear the timer and pop the achievement.
