Marks of Honor from Blaze Magmaburn.

Choose ensemble or individual pieces
The full ensemble costs 
12 Marks of Honor and instantly unlocks all 7-8 armor slot appearances at once, granting the achievement immediately upon use. Buying individual pieces costs 17 Marks of Honor total (Hands 2, Head 3, Legs 3, Shoulder 2, Chest 3, Waist 1, Feet 2, Wrist 1), so the ensemble is cheaper if you have no pieces yet.
Clear the refund timer
If you bought individual pieces and the achievement did not trigger, it is being held back by the item's active trade or refund timer — appearances from items with an active timer are not added to your collection until the timer expires. To clear the timer immediately, delete the item, place it in Void Storage, disenchant it, or sell it to a vendor for gold; after doing so, relog if the achievement does not pop right away.
Tips
If you already own some pieces, calculate whether buying the remaining individual pieces is cheaper than 12 Marks of Honor for the ensemble before purchasing.
