Collect any class armor set from PvP Season 3.
With a Vengeance is a 10-point achievement earned by collecting any complete class armor set from PvP Season 3, purchasable with 
Marks of Honor from Kitzie Crankshot.
Buy the Season 3 Ensemble
Visit Kitzie Crankshot and purchase the Season 3 armor ensemble for 12 Marks of Honor. Using the ensemble immediately grants all 7-8 armor slot appearances and triggers the achievement — this is cheaper than buying all pieces individually, which would cost 
17 Marks of Honor total. No old PvP rank is required to purchase.
Clear the Trade Timer if Needed
If you bought individual pieces instead of the ensemble and the achievement did not pop, the items may still have an active trade timer preventing them from being added to your collection. Delete the items, place them in Void Storage, or disenchant them to immediately clear the timer, then relog if the achievement still does not appear.
Tips
If you already own some individual pieces, compare the remaining piece costs against the 12 Mark of Honor ensemble price before purchasing — the ensemble only saves marks if you are starting from zero pieces.
