That's So Last Millennium requires you to collect any complete class armor set from the Nighthold raid.
Enter the Nighthold
Enter the Nighthold raid and defeat bosses to collect all pieces of your class armor set. The achievement triggers when all set pieces are collected, though if it does not pop immediately, logging out and back in can cause it to appear.
